Secaucus Apartment Complex Security Guard Charged With Lewd Act

A security guard at a Secaucus townhouse apartment complex has been charged with committing a lewd act in front of another security guard, Secaucus police said.

Police Chief Dennis Miller said Rideef Scruggs, 36, employed at Xchange at Secaucus Junction at 1000 Riverside Station Boulevard, masturbated in front of a woman co-worker at approximately 7 p.m. on March 7.
