A Jersey City man who was released early from Hudson County jail in March because of COVID-19 fears has been arrested on drug charges, authorities said. This time, Antonio McNeill is staying put in the Kearny correctional facility. On Wednesday the 48-year-old was ordered detained through his prosecution on charges of two counts of drug possession and hindering apprehension by giving a false name and false identification.
