Secaucus police responding to a report of an assault at a roadside motel Sunday night charged three New York residents on prostitution offenses, authorities said. Police investigating the incident, which they were told may have involved a weapon, charged Alvin Sears, 29, and Aviona Lambert, 38, with promoting prostitution, Secaucus Capt. Dennis Miller said. Police also arrested Isaac Follman, 69, and charged him with engaging in prostitution.
