Two women were arrested at Secaucus hotels last week on prostitution charges, part of the police department's crackdown on vice crimes in the town.

Courtney Fahnestock, 25, of Rocklin, California, and 49-year-old Bilian Dai, of Queens, New York were arrested an hour apart on Sept. 14 as part of an undercover operation by the Secaucus Police Department, Capt. Dennis Miller said.

Miller declined to name the hotels or provide other details of the arrests, citing the ongoing investigations. Fahnestock and Dai were both charged with engaging in prostitution and promoting prostitution, Miller said.
