Secaucus police were kept busy last week, with at least one aggravated assault arrest, two weapons possession arrests, two DWI arrests and five shoplifting arrests.

A Jersey City woman was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon (mace) for an unlawful purpose after a dispute in the area of 700 Plaza Dr. at 5:50 p.m. on Dec. 21, Secaucus Capt. Dennis Miller said.

After her arrested police found that Janessa Suro, 25, had $7,400 in active warrants, including one out of Jersey City for $3,500, one out of Bayonne for $3,000. Suro was taken to the Hudson County jail.
