A New York man who used a fake ID in an attempt to withdraw cash from a bank in Bayonne was arrested a few days later when he tried again at a bank in Secaucus, authorities said. Anthony Riley, 36, of the Bronx, was charged with identity theft, possession of and exhibiting a false government document, conspiracy, forgery and credit card theft, Secaucus police Capt. Dennis Miller said.
