A Linden man with 17 outstanding warrants and his sister have been charged with stealing a car from a parking lot in Secaucus after they were kicked off an NJ Transit train, authorities said.

Aaron Lockwood, 22, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with burglary, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary, 13 days after he and his sister took a car from the Edison FastPark lot outside the Lautenberg train station, Secaucus Capt. Dennis Miller said.
