A 14-year-old Secaucus High School student was arrested in the school and was charged with possession and distribution of marijuana oil, Secaucus police said.

The boy faces a number of counts, including intent to distribute on school property and possession of drug paraphernalia, Secaucus police Capt. Dennis Miller said. The boy was arrested on Dec. 21 at 10:49 a.m. after a school resource officer was contacted by the principal.

The 14-year-old was selling the hash oil to be used in vape pens, Miller said. He was processed and released to a parent.
