On November 22nd at 11:24 am Secaucus Police received a call of a suspicious person in the 600 block of Meadowlands Parkway. A vehicle in the parking lot had a rock thrown at the passenger window causing it to break. Police arrived, the actor took off. Actor was later found hiding inside a warehouse bathroom. A 37yo male, Tyrus Daily of Jersey City was arrested for Trespassing [2C:18-3A], Weapons Offense [2C:39-4D], and Criminal Mischief-Other [2C:17-3B(2)]. Mr. Daily was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On November 22nd at 3:02 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Essex County Jail to take custody of a 38yo male, Corey Lefkowitz of Newark on 2 outstanding warrants totaling $2,000.00 from Secaucus and Linden. Mr. Lefkowitz was unable to post bail and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On November 24th at 3:43 pm, Secaucus Police responded to Wal-Mart on a call of a Shoplifter that had fled the store. Police found and arrested a 32yo female, Sharon Garcia of Newark for Shoplifting [2C: 20-11B], Possession of Burglary Tools [2C: 5-5A]. Recovered merchandise totaling $890.27 consisted of tablets, Play Station and phone cover. Ms. Garcia was issued a summons and released.

On November 25th at 11:11 am Secaucus Police responded to Sam’s Club on a call of Shoplifting. Police arrested a 32yo male, Angel Perez of Union City for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B], Hindering Arrest [2C:29-3b(4)] and Possession of Drugs [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Perez had 3 outstanding warrants in the amount of $990.00 from Cliffside Park. Mr. Perez was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On November 25th at 6:15 pm, Secaucus Police responded to Wal-Mart on a call of a fight. Upon arrival, Police questioned the parties involved. During the investigation, it was found one of the females had 3 outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 from Wall Township and Elizabeth. A 27yo female, Mariah Jacoby of Hoboken was arrested. Both jurisdictions issued a R.O.R., and Ms. Jacoby was released.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
