On October 30th at 11:58 am, Secaucus Police responded to a call on Lightning Way for a suspicious person sleeping in a vehicle. A 24yo male, Richard Saydee 2nd, was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $750.00 from North Bergen. Secaucus Police transported Mr. Saydee to North Bergen PD were custody was relinquished.

On October 31st at 10:31 am Secaucus Police were dispatched to Essex County Jail to take custody of a 31yo male, Anthony Tene of Newark for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Tene was transported directly to Hudson County Correctional Facility.

On October 31st at 4:10 pm while on Patrol on Metro Way, Secaucus Police were flagged down by a NJ Transit bus driver who was involved in a fare dispute with a passenger. While questioning the passenger he stated he had no identification on him, but did intend on paying fare. A 28yo male, Juan Negroni of Newark was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $750.00 from Newark, and was charged with Hindering apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)]. Newark Police issued R.O.R., Mr. Negroni was issued his summons then released.

On November 2nd at 8:34 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 29yo male, Carlos Baeza of Belleville was arrested for Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D]. Mr. Baeza was processed, issued 2 MV summonses (Careless Driving and Operating a Vehicle While in Possession of CDS) then released.

On November 2nd at 12:30 pm a 32yo male from North Arlington, Salim Al-Zarrad entered Headquarters inquiring on a past incident. While at headquarters it was learned that Mr. Al-Zarrad had an outstanding warrant from Secaucus for Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3B] and Contempt of Court [2C:29-9A]. Mr. Al-Zarrad was placed under arrest, processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On November 2nd at 8:04 pm Secaucus Police were detailed to Route 3 East on a call of a disabled vehicle. During assistance, Police arrested the driver, a 26yo male, Terrance Hinnnat of Bayonne for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $250.00 from Bayonne. Mr. Hinnnat posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses, Suspended License, and Uninsured Vehicle then released.

On November 2nd at 9:06, Secaucus Police observed suspicious activity in the area of the Red Roof Inn. Police pulled over a vehicle that had swerved into another lane of traffic. A 21yo female, Angelica Cuyco of Parlin, and a 21yo male, Joel Abreu of Perth Amboy were arrested for Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Both parties were processed, issued their summonses then released.

On November 2nd at 11:00 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Old Tappan to take custody of a 28yo male, Kristopher Marchie of Hewitt on an outstanding warrant. Mr. Marchie had 3 outstanding warrants totaling $940.00 from Secaucus, North Haledon and Butler. Mr. Marchie was transported directly to Hudson County Jail.

On November 3rd at 7:27 pm Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot on a call of an attempted Shoplifting. A 30yo male, Emmanuel Napoles of Union City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $842.00 from Little Ferry. Little Ferry issued an R.O.R., Mr. Napoles was released on the outstanding warrant. It was further learned that Mr. Napoles was wanted in connection of another incident. Detective Division took custody of Mr. Napoles where he was additionally charged with Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft from a Motor Vehicle [2C:20-3A] from an incident that occurred on September 8th, 2017. Mr. Napoles was processed, issued his summonses and released.

On November 4th at 9:45 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Bergen County Jail to take custody of a 28yo male, Justin Conover of Newark for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Conover was brought to headquarters where he awaited transport to Hudson County Jail.

On November 4th at 6:47 pm, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a call of Shoplifting. A 31yo female, Justine Agosto and a 47yo female, Samantha Thomas both of Bronx, NY were arrested for Theft/Shoplifting [2C:20-11B]. Both females were given their summonses and released.

On November 5th at 8:19 am, during a Motor Vehicle Stop, a 19yo male, Brody Lancaster of Adairsville, GA was arrested for Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D]. Mr. Lancaster was issued 3 MV summonses (Operation of MV while in Possession of CDS, Failure to Possess Insurance Card, Failure to Possess Registration), then released.

On November 5th at 1:25 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 25yo male, Muhammad Naqash of Jersey City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Naqash posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses (Safety Glass Requirement, Driving While Suspended) then released.
