1) On August 28th at 2:20 am, while on Patrol for the “Drive Sober or get Pulled Over” Campaign, Secaucus Police patrolling Route 3 East, came upon a vehicle on the shoulder of the main body with its emergency flashers on and the passenger door open. A 24yo male, Irving Campos-Reyes of Union City for Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Reyes was issued 2 MV summonses, (DWI, Reckless Driving), and released to a responsible adult.

2) On August 28th at 10:58 am Secaucus Police responded to the area of Bonefish Grill, on a suspicious person. Police arrested Aaron Thevenin of Spring , NY for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $120.00 from Woodbridge. Mr. Thevenin posted bail and was released.

3) On August 29th at 8:27 am during a Motor Vehicle Stop (Tinted Windows), a 36yo male, Juan Quinones of Union City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Quinones posted bail, was issued a summons (Tinted Windows) and released.

4) On August 30th at 11:09 am while on patrol, a 51yo male, Mario Vega-Figueroa of Jersey City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $61.00 from Union City. Mr. Vega-Figueroa posted bail, issued 3 summonses (Obstruction of View, Driving While Suspended and No Parking Anytime) then released.

5) On August 30th at 4:40 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Paterson Plank Rd. on a call of a person possibly under the influence. The actor left the building took a bicycle parked outside and rode away. A 32yo male, Michael Marotta of Wood Ridge was located by responding units and arrested for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Marotta was issued a summons and released.

6) On August 30th at 8:49 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to AJ’s bar on a call of a dispute. A 32yo female, Nataly Yabur-Rocha of Jersey City was arrested for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)]. Ms. Yabur-Rocha was issued a summons and released to a responsible adult.

7) On August 31st at 12:20 am, during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 43yo male, Mark Armstead of Bronx, NY was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $200.00 from Jersey City. Mr. Armstead posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses (Maintenance of Lamps, Suspended License) and released.

8) On August 31st at 7:29 am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 29yo female, Jennifer O’Connor of Weehawken was arrested for possessing a quantity of suspected marijuana and Adderall. She was charged with 2 counts of Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)] and 2C:35-10a(1)]. Ms. O’Connor was issued a summons along with 2 MV summonses (Maintenance of Lamps, Operation of MV While in Possession of CDS) then released.

9) On August 31st, at 12:10pm during regular patrol on Meadowlands Parkway, a 27yo female, Sumara Sheikh of Secaucus was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $108.00 from Secaucus. Ms. Sheikh posted bail, issued MV summons (Driving While License is Suspended) and released.

10) On August 31st at 5:32 pm Secaucus Police responded to a Motor Vehicle Crash on Route 3 West near Best Buy. While gathering paperwork from the involved, a 23yo female, Emilia Rivera-Rodriguez of Newark was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $300.00 from Newark. Ms. Rivera-Rodriguez posted bail, was issued 2 MV summonses (Driving While Suspended, Careless Driving) and released.

11) On August 31st at 10:42 pm while on patrol for the “Drive Sober or get Pulled Over” Campaign, a 26yo male, Jesus Luna of Socorro, TX was arrested for DWI. Mr. Luna was issued 6 MV summonses (Tinted Windows, Unsafe Lane Change, Reckless Driving, DWI, Unlicensed Driver, Uninsured Vehicle) and released to a responsible adult.

12) On September 1st at 7:15 am Secaucus Police were dispatched to the OEM Building on a call of a suspicious person sleeping. A 67yo male, Donald Neubert of Secaucus was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $100.00 from Jersey City. Jersey City issued an R.O.R. Mr. Neubert was released.

13) On September 1st, at 9:16 am during patrol of the Red Roof Inn parking lot, Secaucus Police arrested a 39yo male, Andrew Lovely of Orient, IA for possessing a quantity of suspected marijuana. He was charged Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Lovely was issued a summons and released.

14) On September 1st, at 12:55 Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a Shoplifting. A 28yo male, Matthew O’Donnell of Kearny and Andrew O’Donnell, 31 of Lyndhurst were arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B], and Conspiracy to Shoplift [2C:5-2]. Andrew O’Donnell also had an outstanding warrant in the amount of $708.00 from Hackensack. Matthew O’Donnell was issued a summons and released. Andrew O’Donnell was transported to Hudson County Jail.

15) On September 1st, at 4:09 pm, police were following a suspicious vehicle that was seen leaving the Royal Motel. While following the following the driver threw bags of suspected marijuana out the window. 30 year old, Terrence Statham of Jersey City was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS [2C:35-10a(4)] and Tampering with Evidence [2C:28-6a(1)] along with motor vehicle summonses (Improper Display, Tinted Windows, Littering from a Motor Vehicle, Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle and an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle)

16) On September 1st, at 6:10 pm Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s on a call of Shoplifting. A 27yo male, Tristan John of Newark was arrested for Hindering his own Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] and an outstanding warrant in the amount of $89.00 Irvington. Mr. John was transported to Irvington Police Dept.

17) On September 3rd, at 4:20 pm Police arrested a 27yo male, Kevin Guillame of Secaucus was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $150.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Guillame posted bail and then released.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
