On August 7th at 9:00 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop 3 males, Mathias Koonce age 18 of Secaucus, Ian Jang, 19 of Secaucus, Yash Mahant, 19 of Secaucus were arrested for Possession of a quantity of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Each were brought into Headquarters, processed then released.  Mathias Koonce was issued 2 MV summonses (Failure to Maintain Lane, Possession of CDS While Operating a Motor Vehicle).

On August 7, 2017 at 10:22 pm, police were investigating a motor vehicle crash in the area of 101 Paterson Plank Rd.  During the investigation, one of the drivers, Eddie Velez, 44 of Union City was found to have a suspended license and two warrants from North Bergen totaling $301.00.  He was arrested, posted bail and issued a summons for driving while suspended and released.  

On August 8th at 8:03 am while on patrol, Secaucus Police came upon a Motor Vehicle where the temporary plate appeared altered. A 45yo male, Edwin Eduardo-Subi of Guttenberg was arrested for Forgery [2C:21-1A(1)] and Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(1)]. Mr. Eduardo-Subi was processed issued a summons and an MV summons (Improper Display) then released.

On August 8th at 6:49 pm a 23yo male, Frank Gentile of Dumont was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants totaling $7424.00 from Secaucus and Fairlawn.  Mr. Gentile was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On August 9th at 4:59 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop (Improper Display), a 28yo male, Daniel Jackson of Secaucus was arrested for Possession of a quantity of marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Jackson was given a summons and issued 2 motor vehicle summonses (Improper Display and Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle) then released.

On August 10th at 3:40 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Essex County Jail to take custody of a 39yo male, Alim McCullogh of Irvington for an outstanding warrant from Secaucus with a bail of $250.00.  Mr. McCullogh was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On August 10th at 10:00 pm during patrol in the location of Walmart, Secaucus Police spotted a vehicle with someone sleeping.  Upon investigation, a 67yo male, Donald Neubert of Secaucus was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $450.00 from Secaucus and Weehawken.  Mr. Neubert was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On August 13th at 4:29 pm Secaucus Police were detailed to the area of La Qunita Hotel on a call of concern from a parent.  Police successfully found the female in question. During the investigation, another female, a 24yo female Casey Schweiger of Monmouth was arrested for and outstanding warrant in the amount of $758.00 from Pemberton, Possession of Xanax [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)].  Ms. Schweiger was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On August 13th at 10:10 pm Secaucus Police responded to a call of a disorderly individual.  A 44yo male, Alexander Alvarez of Union City was arrested for DWI and ReckIess Driving. Mr. Alvarez was issued his summonses and left in the care of a responsible adult.
