On June 26th at 9:03 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 45yo female, Josette Colclough of Jersey City was arrested for 3 outstanding warrants totaling $750.00,from Jersey City and West Orange. Ms. Colclough posted bail, was issued 5 MV summonses (Careless Driving, Maintenance of Lamps, Driving While Suspended, Driving Without a License, and Failure to Possess Insurance Card) then released.

On June 27, 2017 at 1:30 pm Baseemah Davis, 29 of Hillside, was arrested on an active warrant from Bordentown with a bail of $195.99. She posted bail and was released.

On June 27th at 7:51 pm police were dispatched to the area of New County Rd to assist Hudson County Sheriff’s Dept. on a report of stolen Bicycles. The two actors entered the backyard, which was gated and locked at the time of the theft. With description of alleged thieves, 2 individuals were located. A 50yo male Frank Garner of Newark was arrested for Thief of Movable Property [2C:20-3A], Burglary [2C:18-2A (1)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3A (7)] and 7 outstanding warrants totaling $3950.00 from Newark, Roselle and Union. A 60yo male, James White of Roselle was arrested for Theft of Movable Property [2C:20-3A], Burglary [2C:18-2A (1)] and an outstanding warrant in the amount of $750.00 from Linden. Both men were transported to Hudson County Jail.

On June 27th at 7:51 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Kohl’s Dept. Store on a Shoplifting in progress. The alleged perpetrator ran from store and was later apprehended near Panera Bread, after a brief foot pursuit. A 32yo male Darnell Jones from Queens, NY was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B] and Obstructing Justice [2C:29-1A]. Mr. Jones was processed issued his summons and released.

On June 28th at 2:04 pm, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on an attempt of Shoplifting. A 28yo male, Quentin Acosta of Union City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $99.00 from Jersey City. Mr. Acosta was able to post bail and was released.

On June 28th at 11:39am Secaucus Police were called to Burlington Coat Factory on a call of shoplifting. A 50yo male, Christopher Jones of Newark was arrested for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B], Possession of Burglary Tools [2C:5-5A] and 5 outstanding warrants totaling $36,300.00 from Newark, Middlesex County and Kearny. Mr. Jones was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On June 28th at 1:20 pm Secaucus Police were detailed to Clifton PD to take custody of a 35yo male, Patrick Curatola of Wood Ridge for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $300.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Curatola was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On June 29th at 1:00 am Secaucus Police were detailed to Port Authority Police in Jersey City to take custody of a 55yo male, Anthony Reid of Newark. Mr. Reid was arrested for 3 outstanding warrants totaling $10,300.00 from Secaucus and Newark. Mr. Reid was unable to post bail and was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On June 29th at 5:11 pm in an ongoing effort to combat VICE Crimes within the Town of Secaucus, Secaucus Police Department arrested 30yo, Genesis Perez of Jackson Heights Queens NY for 2 counts of Prostitution [2C:34-1B (2), 2C:34-1B (8]. Perez was issued a summons and released.

On June 29th at 6:57pm a 28yo male, Anthony Brito from Jersey City was arrested for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B (2)], Simple Assault [2C:12-1A (1)], 2 outstanding warrants,1 No Bail warrant from Hudson County, and 1 warrant in the amount of $750.00 from Madison. He was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On June 30th at 6:11 am Secaucus Police were dispatched to Meadowlands Hospital on a complaint of an unruly person who refused to leave. A 75yo male, Andrzej Janiec of Wallington was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1500.00 from Wallington. Wallington Police issued ROR (released on own recognizance). Mr. Janiec was transported to Bergen County Housing, Health and Human Services in Hackensack.

On June 30th at 10:30 pm during a motor vehicle stop, a 20yo male, Thomas Kalena of Secaucus and 21yo male Ryan Bergeron of Mountain Dale, NY were both arrested for Possession of Hypodermic Needles [ 2C:36-6A]. Both men were transported to Hudson County Jail.
