On June 12th at 5:00 pm Essex County Jail notified Secaucus Police they were holding a 35yo male, Andre Hill of Rahway on an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $1000.00. Mr. Hill was transported to Hudson County Jail.

On June 12th at 10:13 pm Essex County Jail notified Secaucus Police they were holding a 47yo male, Rufus Roberts for an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $1000.00. Mr. Roberts was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 14that 10:55am Secaucus Police were summoned to the Secaucus Municipal Court to arrest a 29yo male, Lewis Cannon of Newark for a probation violation. Upon investigation it was found Mr. Cannon had 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $200.00 both from Newark. Mr. Cannon was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 14th at 11:43am Police responded to Secaucus High School on a call of suspicious person. A 19yo male, Jordan Garcia of Secaucus was arrested for Trespassing [2C:18-3b]. Mr. Garcia was issued a summons and released.

On June 16th at 4:52pm during a Motor Vehicle Stop (Obstructed View), a 30yo female Rosa Camejo of West New York was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $150.00 from Jersey City. Ms. Camejo was able to post bail, issued her MV summons and released.

On June 17th at 11:06am during a Motor Vehicle stop (Cell Phone) a 21yo male, Christopher Mendez of Secaucus was arrested after being found in possession of a quantity of hash and quantity of marijuana. He was charged with 2 counts of Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)] [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and an outstanding warrant in the amount of $120.00 from Fort Lee. Mr. Mendez bail posted, issued his summonses and released.

On June 17th at 7:45pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 43yo male, Heriberto Rivera of Garfield was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $850.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Rivera was able to post bail and issued 2 MV summonses (Failure to Give Proper Signal, Driving While Suspended) then released.

On June 18th at 8:20 am Secaucus Police were detailed to North Brunswick PD to take custody of a 38yo female, Jennifer Crisp of Sioux Falls, South Dakota on an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $1000.00. In addition Ms. Crisp has an outstanding warrant from Cranford in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Crisp was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

On June 18th at 10:09 am during a Motor Vehicle Stop, a 32yo male William Keeler of Hackensack was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $165.00 from East Rutherford. Mr. Keeler was able to post bail, issued MV summons (Tinted Windows) and released.

On June 18th at 12:56 pm during a Motor Vehicle Stop (Careless Driving) the passenger, a 19yo female Victoria Sacramento of East Newark was arrested after being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana. She was charged with Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Driver of Vehicle was issued a MV summons, Ms. Sacramento was issued her summons and released.

On June 18th at 4:18 am, Kevin Patel of Hatfield, PA was observed leaving the scene of an accident in the area of 4000 Riverside Station Boulevard. After he was stopped he was found to be intoxicated. He was charged with Driving while Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Careless Driving. He was issued summonses and released to the care of a responsible adult.

On June 18th at 2:09 pm Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s on a report of a Shoplifting. The alleged actor had fled the store on foot in the direction of Route 3, crossed all lanes of traffic. After a brief foot pursuit the actor was found on Roosevelt Ave and arrested. 37yo male Mark Carter of Jersey City was charged with the following: Shoplifting [2C:20-11B], Robbery/Strong Arm [2C:15-1A(2)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3) (B)],Obstruction of Justice [2C:29-1A], Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)], Possession of Burglary Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. Mr. Carter also had a no bail warrant out of Jersey City. Mr. Carter was transported to Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
