On June 5th at 2:58pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Middlesex Correction Facility to take custody of a 31yo male, Michael Scott of Brooklyn, NY on an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $660.00. Mr. Scott was brought to headquarters where he awaited transport to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 5th at 4:26pm, police responded on a call of a suspicious vehicle. An 18yo male, Erick Lozano of Union City was found in possession of a quantity of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession with intent to Distribute Marijuana [2C:35-5B(12)], and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with the Intent to Distribute [2C:36-3]. Mr. Lozano was issued summonses and released.

On June 5th at 4:51pm on a call of a Suspicious Vehicle, a 46yo male, Diamantino Rocha was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Newark in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Rocha was able to post bail and released.

On June 5th at 9:00pm Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take custody of a 32yo male, Paul Altoz from Kearny on an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $300.00. Mr. Altoz was brought to headquarters where he awaited transport to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 6th at 3:29 pm Secaucus Police were dispatched to Pequannock P.D. to take custody of a 41yo male, David Harrison from Pompton Plains on an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $1120.00. Mr. Harrison had 2 outstanding warrants from Lincoln Park in the amount of $1000.00 and Newark in the amount of $10,000.00. Mr. Harrison was brought to headquarters where he awaited transport to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 6th at 3:35 am North Bergen Police transported a 33yo male, Terence Noter of Jersey City to Headquarters for an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $1000.00. Mr. Noter had an additional warrant from Jersey City in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Noter was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 7th at 4:57 pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 49yo male, Steven Iannaccone of Weehawken was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] Being Under the Influence of Drugs [2C:35-10B] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Iannaccone was issued 4 MV summonses (DUI, Reckless Driving, Operation of MV while in Possession of CDS, Operation of Commercial Vehicle Under the Influence) and released.

On June 7th at 6:55pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 21yo male Sean Nisevic of Elmwood Park was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Mr. Nisevic was issued 3 MV summonses (DUI, Reckless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane) and was released.

On June 8, 2017 at 10:20pm, Correy Wood, 28 of Secaucus was stopped for operating his bicycle with a proper lamp. He was arrested after being found to have warrants from Manchester and Cream Ridge totaling $1000.00. He was sent to the Hudson County Jail and issued a summons for operating a bicycle without a lamp.

On June 8, 2017 at 10:03pm, Secaucus police responded to the Irvington Police Department and took custody of Shanita Wheeler, 36 of Newark. Wheeler had an active warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $800.00. She was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 9th at 8:44am during a Motor Vehicle stop (Maintenance of Lamps) a 30yo male, Cleveland Smith of New York, NY was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $2000.00 from Woodcliff Lake, and Newark. Passenger, a 29yo male, Sean Sands of New Windsor, NY was arrested for 4 outstanding warrants in the amount of $5,600.00, from Teaneck, Palisades Interstate Pwky, Montvale and Jersey City. Mr. Smith was issued 2 MV summonses (Maintenance of Lamps & Driving While Suspended) and turned over to Woodcliff Lake PD. Mr. Sands was issued a MV summons (Failure to Wear Seat Belt) and turned over to Palisades Interstate Pwky Police.

On June 9, 2017 at 2:00pm a 17 year old Juvenile of Kearny was arrested. During an investigation the Juvenile was observed in stolen vehicles and allegedly shoplifting several thousand dollars’ worth of items from Walmart. The Juvenile was charged with 2 counts of Burglary [2C:18-2a(1)], 2 counts of Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7a], Shoplifting [2C:20-11b] and Conspiracy to Commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2/2C:20-11b].

On June 11th at 9:18am during a Motor Vehicle stop (Careless Driving), a 28yo male, Gregory Cromwell of East Orange was arrested for 6 outstanding warrants totaling $2,252.00 from Holmdel, Eagleswood, East Orange, Irvington and Mountainside. Mr. Cromwell was issued 2 MV summonses (Careless Driving, Driving While Suspended) and turned over to Union County Sheriff’s Dept.
