On May 8th, at 10:20am during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 26yo male, Angel Hungria-Carriel from Union City was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants from Union City in the amount of $1408.00. Mr. Hungria-Carriel was able to post bail, was issued 2 MV summons (Tinted Windows, Maintenance of Lamps) then released.

On May 8th at 12:17pm Secaucus Police were detailed to Monmouth County Courthouse to take custody of a 45yo female, Marie Marc from Brooklyn NY on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500.00 from Secaucus. Ms. Marc was later transported to Hudson County Jail.

On May 8th at 6:00 pm Secaucus Police were detailed to Hudson County Courthouse, Jersey City to take custody of a 19yo female, Kristiana Schmidt of Jersey City for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1000.00 from Secaucus. In addition, Ms. Schmidt had 2 outstanding warrants in the totaling $600.00 from Newark and Kearny. Bail was posted and released.

On May 8 at 7:20pm, Jersey City Police transported a 32yo male for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $200.00 out of Secaucus. Mr. Vincent Pignatelli of Bradley Beach was not able to post bail and was transported to Hudson County Correction and Rehabilitation Center.

On May 10th at 5:54pm during a motor Vehicle stop a 29yo male, Jonathan Gunn from Jersey City was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $250.00 out of Newark. Mr. Gunn was able to post bail, was issued 3 MV summonses (Improper Display, Unlicensed Diver, and Driving While Suspended) then released.

On May 10th at 9:45 pm Secaucus Police were detailed to Bergen County Jail to pick up a 26yo male they had in custody. Jessie Dimitro from Paterson was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500.00 from Secaucus. Mr. Dimitro was brought to the Hudson County Jail.

On May 11th at 5:17 during a Motor Vehicle stop, (Seat Belt), a male, Roder Valladares age 29 of Jersey City was arrested for possessing a quantity of crack/cocaine. He was charged with Drug Possession [2C:35-10A (1)]. The male passenger, Cody Mullins age 37 of Secaucus was arrested for possessing crack/cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with Drug Possession [2C:35-10A (1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Valladares was processed, issued 4 MV summonses (Seatbelt, Driving While Suspended, Obstruction of View and CDS in Motor Vehicle) then released. Mr. Mullins was processed, placed on warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On May 12th at 8:13am during a Motor Vehicle stop (Tinted Windows), a 22yo male, Shawn Sanchez of Irvington was arrested for possessing a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with Possession of Drugs [2C:35-10A(4), Failure to Turn Over CDS [2C:35-10C] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia[2C:36-2]. Mr. Sanchez was processed, issued 5 MV summonses (Tinted Windows, Disregard of Stop Sign, Driving on Suspended License, Operation of MV without License, and Operation of MV while in Possession of CDS) and released.

On May 12th at 1:28pm while on Patrol, Police observed 2 males Jay Walking in the 1300 block of Paterson Plank Rd. During questioning of males, it was found both had outstanding warrants. A 24yo male, Jake Musto of Secaucus was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants totaling $1250.00 from Milford and Philipsburg. A 25yo male from Secaucus, Kelven Valentin was arrested for 2 outstanding warrants totaling $175.00 from Wildwood and Wildwood Crest. Both parties were able to post bail, and were released.

On May 13th at 7:30 am during a Motor Vehicle stop, (Tinted Window) a 23yo male, Juancarlos Melendez of Bayonne was arrested for possessing a quantity of marijuana. He was charged with Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Melendez was processed issued 2 MV summonses (Tinted Windows and Operation of a MV while in Possession of CDS) and released.

On May 14th at 7:37pm Secaucus Police responded to a Motor Vehicle Accident. At scene a 35yo male, Jose Lopez-Irizarry from Hazleton, PA was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500.00 from Prospect Park. Bail was posted for Mr. Lopez-Irizarry, he was issued a MV summons (Driving after DL Suspended) then released.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
