On March 13th at 10:31am during a Motor Vehicle stop a 29yo male, Jesse Elsouly of Jersey City was arrested for driving with suspended license and an outstanding warrant in the amount of $650.00 from North Bergen. Mr. Elsouly was processed, issued summons and transported to North Bergen Police Dept.

On March 13th at 3:27pm during a Motor Vehicle stop a 21yo male, Jefferson Palacios-Rodriguez was arrested after he was found in possession of a quantity of marijuana.  He was charged on a Summons with Drug Possession [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of  Drug Paraphernalia  [2C:36-2].  He also had an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500.00 out of Secaucus. Mr. Palacios-Rodriguez was processed, posted bail, issued 3 motor vehicle summonses (Tinted Windows, Improper Display and Possession of CDS while in a Motor Vehicle) and released.

On March 15th at 9:18pm during a Motor Vehicle stop at 36yo female, Brenda Cortez of Bronx NY, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Mount Olive Township in the amount of $639.00.  Ms. Cortez posted bail, was issued 4 summonses (Failure to use lighted lamps, Suspended Registration, Failure to Possess Insurance Card, Driving while Suspended) and was released.

On March 16th at 8:30am Police responded to Essex County Jail to transport a 29yo male Kevin Williams from Montclair, with an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $2500.00. Mr. Williams was processed and transported to Hudson County Jail.

On March 16th a12:45 pm Police responded to Bloomfield PD to transport a 31yo male, Emmanuel Ojeda from Bloomfield with an outstanding warrant from Secaucus in the amount of $2500.00.  Mr. Ojeda was processed and was transported Hudson County Jail.

On March 16th at 5:17pm during a Motor Vehicle stop, a 48yo male, Michael Kobersky from Carteret was arrested for possessing seven (7) pills of suspected Oxycodone and (43) forty-three bags of suspected heroin.  He was charged with two counts of Possession of CDS [2C:35-10A(1)] and an outstanding warrant from Edison in the amount of $81.00. Mr. Kobersky was processed, posted bail and was issued 3 summonses (Obstruction of View, Failure to Inspect, and Possession of CDS in Vehicle) then released.

On March 19th at 8:05am officers randomly accessed vehicle information after its occupants were acting suspiciously on Route 3 West. Upon doing so it was discovered that the vehicle (2013 Toyota Corolla) was stolen from Garfield on 3/18/17.  As a result,  33yo male, Ruben Dejesus from Passaic was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7] and 2 outstanding warrants in the amount of $2776.00 out of Passaic and Clifton, respectively.  Mr. Dejesus was processed issued a Summons for Receiving Stolen Property and several motor vehicle summonses (Driving without a license, Driving while suspended) and transported to Passaic Police Headquarters.

On March 1, 2017 at approximately 1230 hrs, this individual followed a 33 year old female to the fourth level of the parking deck locating near LA Fitness, 485 Harmon Meadow Boulevard.  While following the female, the suspect grabbed the victim’s “intimate parts” while he was said to be masturbating. The female was not injured during the incident and the suspect fled the area.  Almost two weeks after the incident, the victim observed the actor in the same area and notified the Secaucus Police.  The actor was identified as Jason Rosario, 24, of Nutley.  After some follow up interviews, by the Secaucus Police Detective Division, Mr. Rosario was arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Contact [2C:14-3b] and Lewdness [2C:14-4a] on March 18, 2017.  He was then released on a Summons.
